Q: The promotion has ended before I completed my collection, can I get more models?
A: No I’m sorry but the promotion finished on the 31st August and models are no longer available.
Q: My local store does not have the model I want.
A: If the site you visited is still participating in the promotion, you can try again by taking your proof of purchase to the store and you may purchase one of the models, subject to availability. Alternatively, please send your receipt with your name and address and a cheque for €1.75 payable to ‘Malaria No More’ to David Zikmund at MP22, ExxonMobil House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, KT22 8UX together with the name of the model you wish to receive.
Q: I did not get offered a model when I spent €25 in Ireland plus.
A: If the site you visited is participating in the promotion, please take your proof of purchase back to the store and you may purchase one of the models, subject to availability. Q: I spent €24 on fuel – why can’t I buy a model?
A: I’m sorry but you have to spend at least €25 in a single transaction to be eligible to buy one of the toys.
Q: Where can I buy a model as my local site does not have any/has run out?
A: Please refer to the list of participating sites which will show those sites in or near your area selling models.
Q: I spent €75 plus on fuel but I only got offered one model.
A: The maximum you can buy in any one fuel transaction is one model. Some sites may offer additional models for qualifying purchases within the shop/car wash. These will be advertised at the specific site.
